Terms of Service

For the purposes of these Terms: "Journey" refers to any spiritual travel experience, retreat, pilgrimage, or program offered by RudraLeela. "Participant" or "you" refers to any individual who books, participates in, or uses our services. "Booking" refers to a confirmed reservation for a Journey. "Website" refers to rudraleela.in and all related web pages. "Services" refers to all services provided by RudraLeela including but not limited to spiritual journeys, educational content, and related offerings.

By accessing and using the RudraLeela website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. The Site is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. If you are under 18, you may not use this Site or our services.

You may only use this website for legitimate purposes related to booking or learning about our spiritual journeys. Commercial use of this site is strictly prohibited unless you obtain prior written consent from RudraLeela Private Limited. You agree not to: (a) use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to monitor or copy the Site; (b) interfere with the proper working of the Site; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site; (d) transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code; (e) use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice.

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password and login credentials. You are financially accountable for all uses of the site by you and anyone using your password and login information. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel bookings in our sole discretion.

RudraLeela provides spiritual travel experiences, educational content, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. All journey descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by RudraLeela Private Limited. To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total journey cost is required at the time of booking. Full payment must be received at least 30 days before the journey start date. Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent activity or where reservations contain errors.

We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law. Payment processing is handled securely through our payment partners. Currency conversion rates at the time of payment may differ from the original booking rate. In the event of payment failure, your booking may be cancelled. All payment information is processed securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Participants are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents including valid passports, visas, permits, and any other required documentation for their journey. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the journey end date. We are not responsible for any delays, denials, or expenses resulting from inadequate travel documentation. Participants must ensure they meet all entry requirements for India and any other countries visited during the journey.

Travel insurance is complimentary and mandatory for all participants. Our complimentary travel insurance covers basic medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal belongings. However, participants are strongly encouraged to obtain additional comprehensive travel insurance that covers all their specific needs, including pre-existing medical conditions, adventure activities, and high-value items. We are not liable for any expenses not covered by insurance.

Cancellations must be made in writing to Contact@RudraLeela.in. Refunds are subject to our refund policy (see Refund Policy page). The 30% deposit is non-refundable in all cases. Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel journeys due to insufficient bookings, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to transfer to another journey.

While we strive to adhere to published itineraries, we reserve the right to modify, alter, or cancel any aspect of a journey including but not limited to accommodations, activities, transportation, or destinations due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives. No refunds will be provided for minor itinerary changes that do not significantly alter the journey experience.

RudraLeela Private Limited shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to force majeure events including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, strikes, labor disputes, transportation failures, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will work with participants to reschedule journeys or provide appropriate refunds as determined in our sole discretion.

RudraLeela Private Limited acts as an intermediary between you and service providers including hotels, transportation companies, guides, and other third-party service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death that may occur during your journey, whether caused by the negligence of third-party service providers or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific journey giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Participants must be in good physical and mental health to participate in our journeys. Some journeys may involve physical activity, high altitudes, or challenging conditions. You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we determine it may pose a risk to your health or safety.

All participants must respect local customs, traditions, spiritual practices, and laws. Participants must maintain appropriate decorum at sacred sites, temples, and during spiritual activities. Disruptive, disrespectful, or illegal behavior may result in immediate removal from the journey without refund. Participants are responsible for their own actions and any consequences thereof. Photography and videography may be restricted at certain sacred sites - participants must comply with all posted restrictions and guide instructions. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants who do not adhere to these standards.

Photography and videography are generally permitted during journeys, but may be restricted at certain sacred sites, temples, or during specific ceremonies. Participants must respect all posted restrictions and follow guide instructions. By participating in a journey, you consent to being photographed or filmed by RudraLeela or other participants. We may use such media for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in writing before your journey.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RudraLeela or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RudraLeela Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (d) any content you submit or transmit through our services.

The information contained on this website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will operate continuously or without interruption or be error-free. We make no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the website. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in any portion of the website at any time.

These terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these terms at any time by discontinuing use of the Site and destroying all materials obtained from the Site. Your access to the Site may be terminated immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease use of the Site and destroy all materials obtained from the Site. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to: Intellectual Property, Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law.

RudraLeela reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Prayagraj (Allahabad), Uttar Pradesh, India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

These Terms together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and RudraLeela Private Limited regarding your use of our services. If any provision of these Terms is deemed void, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the rest of the terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created by these Terms.
