⚠️ Important: A 30% non-refundable deposit is deducted from all refunds
70% refund
Cancel more than 60 days before your journey start date to receive 70% of your payment. The 30% non-refundable deposit will be deducted from all refunds.
45% refund
Cancel between 30-60 days before your journey start date to receive 45% of your payment. The 30% non-refundable deposit and 25% cancellation fee will be deducted.
20% refund
Cancel between 15-30 days before your journey start date to receive 20% of your payment. The 30% non-refundable deposit and 50% cancellation fee will be deducted.
No refund
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the journey start date are not eligible for a refund. However, we may offer credit for future journeys on a case-by-case basis.
The following items are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing:
Certain situations result in automatic cancellation of your booking. These are treated as "deemed cancellations" and cancellation charges apply accordingly.
If your visa is rejected or delayed, your booking will be automatically cancelled (deemed cancellation). The visa rejection date will be considered as the cancellation date, and cancellation charges will apply accordingly. You may re-apply for a visa by paying additional visa charges, but visa approval is at the discretion of the consulate.
If full payment is not received by the due date (30 days before journey start), RudraLeela reserves the right to cancel your booking without notice. The date of our cancellation notice will be treated as the cancellation date, and cancellation charges will apply. All paid amounts may be forfeited.
If you fail to join the journey on the start date without prior notice, it is considered a "No-Show" and treated as deemed cancellation. No refund will be applicable, and 100% cancellation charges will apply. All services will stand cancelled unless you notify us about joining later at your own expense.
If you discontinue or terminate the journey for any personal reason after it has started, it is treated as deemed cancellation. No refund will be applicable for unused services. We will assist with required arrangements, but all expenses must be paid by you immediately.
If you wish to transfer your booking to a different journey or date, it will be treated as cancellation of the original booking and a fresh booking for the new journey. Cancellation charges will apply to the original journey based on the cancellation date.

Follow these simple steps to request a refund
Send a written cancellation request to Contact@RudraLeela.in from your registered email ID. Include your booking reference number and reason for cancellation.
We will review your request and send a confirmation email within 2 business days. The confirmation will include the refund amount, deductions, and processing timeline.
Once confirmed, we process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 10 working days of confirmation.
You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. The funds should appear in your account within 10-14 working days depending on your bank.
Important information about how refunds are processed
Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receiving your confirmed cancellation request. Actual credit to your account may take an additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for booking. For credit/debit card payments, refunds are credited to the same card. For bank transfers, refunds are processed via NEFT/RTGS to your registered bank account.
Refunds are processed in the same currency as your original payment. If you paid in USD, you will receive USD. Currency conversion rates at the time of refund may differ from the original booking rate.
RudraLeela Private Limited is not liable to pay any interest on the tour amount paid by you, regardless of the time taken for refund processing.
We understand that sometimes circumstances are beyond your control
In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, government orders, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule the journey. Under force majeure situations, no refund (full or partial) is applicable. You will be required to choose the next available date for the same journey. If there is a price difference, you will need to pay it before the rescheduled journey departure. If you choose a different destination, the decision depends on cooperation from our service providers.
If you cannot travel due to a medical emergency with proper documentation (doctor's certificate, medical reports), we may offer full or partial refunds or credit for future journeys. Each case is reviewed individually, and documentation must be submitted within 7 days of the journey start date.
If we cancel a journey due to insufficient bookings, operational reasons, or other circumstances, you will receive a full refund within 10 working days or the option to transfer to another journey. We will not be liable to pay any interest on the tour amount. We are not responsible for any additional expenses you may have incurred for other arrangements.
If you have travel insurance, you may be able to claim refunds through your insurance provider. We can provide necessary documentation (cancellation certificates, invoices) for your insurance claim. However, our refund policy still applies, and insurance claims are separate from our refund process.

If your journey is terminated due to misconduct, you will be required to make arrangements for your return travel at your own expense. No refund will be applicable for unused services, and you may be liable for any additional costs incurred by RudraLeela.
